As a DPC based practice, we prioritize giving you unique, personalized care that isn't at the constraint of the 3-5 minute appointments most insurance based practices are forced to follow. Instead of having a rotating roster of 3,000-8,000 patients, Elite Performance and Chiropractic will only accept 175 active memberships to ensure more time and focused care to address your health concerns and wellness goals.
Monthly Membership
1 Visit Credit per Month

The Monthly Membership provides one (1) monthly credit for a chiropactic appointment.
$75/Month for adults (Save $60/year!)
$59/Month for students (Save $60/year!)
Three (3) month minnimum commitment, billed on the first of each month.
Cancel anytime after first three (3) months.
Flex Membership
12 Visits Credits per year, pay per month!

Twelve (12) visit credits per year, to be used at anytime throughout the 12 month period
Adults: $70/month (Save $120/year)
Students: $55/month (Save $111/year)
