As a DPC based practice, we prioritize giving you unique, personalized care that isn't at the constraint of the 3-5 minute appointments most insurance based practices are forced to follow. Instead of having a rotating roster of 3,000-8,000 patients, Elite Performance and Chiropractic will currently only accept 100 active memberships to ensure more time and focused care to address your health concerns and wellness goals. (New patients and non-members are welcome)
